Thoughts become things! Back to basics…

The conscious mind is responsible for conscious thoughts and feelings, your immediate life experience.

The unconscious mind holds the knowledge of all your experiences and is the primary motivator behind thoughts, beliefs, emotions and actions. Within the unconscious level are different levels, one part of the unconscious is responsible for automatic body functions, warnings of physical disease and stored memories, another part is responsible for thoughts and behavioural patterns and personality structures, another part is responsible for universal knowledge and experience and another part is coming from the spirit and it details matters of the soul and the devine, gives us devin guidance and insight.

Now most people are only able to keep about 10% of information, thoughts, emotions and behaviour patterns in their awareness and that is their conscious mind at one time. The other 90% is stored in their unconscious.

There has been so much talked about and written about “The Law of Attraction” and how to manifest success and abundance into our lives. However, some people still find that manifesting their goals remain elusive and they do not experience the results they want to experience in life. Questions are raised like: “When is it going to happen, how far along the process am I and when will my object/situation that I desire be manifest into my reality?”

Manifesting happens unconsciously and consciously but most people manifest from their unconscious, the part which is responsible for our behaviour, beliefs, feelings and outcomes in our lives.

So are you consciously desiring one thing but unconsciously your beliefs and behaviour patterns are different? If that is so, you are in conflict within you. You may experience that as some kind of struggle or inner fight and negative outcomes are inevitable. Simply, your mind experiences an imbalance, it is not congruent. Not synergies within.

Take three depth breath now my friend and ask yourself how wonderful if you can bring your conscious and unconscious in congruency. To synergise deep within you. To break through those limitations and blockages, utilising not only 10% of your conscious mind but also tapping into the 90% by making profound changes so that you just accelerate into success and fulfilment, easily and effortlessly.

Watch what you seek! - For the Law of Attraction do not go on holiday

Do I have to believe in the Law of Attraction for it to work for me?

No. You do not have to believe this universal law for it to work for you. It is because it has always been working for you all these years for good and bad, for happiness and sadness, for prosperity and poor, for health and sickness and the list goes on?

How can I avoid getting those undesirable events and things in my life?

At times hold your thoughts for a second and be mindful of what is going on in your head during the different period of your typical day. Or some of those common events in our life. Recall and reflect what was in your mind before a particular event happens. Be mindful of those mental thoughts and speeches you are harboring.

According to Cambridge Advanced Learner?s Dictionary, ?Think (consider)? is to believe something or have an opinion or idea.

Hence, to avoid getting those undesirable events and things in your life you need to be very mindful of what attention you are paying to. Do not even think about what you do not want. Do not even give thought to which you do not want. For your attention to it attracts it. The more you think about it, the more powerful your thought becomes, the more emotion comes forth. Should any negative thought starts to harbor at any point of time. Do not even tell yourself ?No, I should not think about this? or ?I must be wrong about this!?. Guess what? By telling yourself that, in that moment you are still thinking about that negative subject. So the key is to think about something else - something that you do want.

All it takes is some practice and discipline to cultivate this mindfulness and helpful habit to seek what you want in life.

The Law of Attraction - Is There a Process to It?

Howdy!

Many of you have watched The Secret, and some have asked whether there’s a process behind the Law of Attraction - of course there is!

We can break the Law of Attraction into 3 simple steps:

1. Clarify Your Intention!

Always be clear what it is you are seeking! Know what it is you want exactly!

Have a clear vision of what you want since that will assist you in the now! Your vision of your future affects your actions of the present! Focus on empowering and inspiring thoughts. It is critical that you are clear and specific about the outcome you want!

2. Give Your Intention Attention!

As the saying goes, “where you attention goes, energy flows”! Focus and concentrate on your Intention, give it power, bring it to life by giving it Attention! Put your power into the Intention, rather than focusing on what you do not want!

Believe it will happen, and what you want will show up! Even if you might not see it now, understand that it will show up!

3. Invention!

Let the process of Manifestation flow! When you have the Intention, and give it Attention, the way for it to manifest (Invention) will appear! You may not yet know what action steps you may need to take for Manifestation to occur, just trust and believe that the way to do it will soon appear!
